To take our journey to the next level, we are currently seeking a customer-centric, energetic, and highly motivated Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics Function in Oslo .

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Oslo. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Operations Leader Norway, developing a sustainable workflow that ensures long-term success for Gordon in Norway. The successful candidate will oversee daily transportation activities, coordinate with drivers and partners, and ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities and Objectives

Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
Monitor operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Communicate with drivers, partners, warehouse and dispatch team to resolve issues or delays.
Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and update internal systems.
Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the customer service team in Stockholm to ensure high service quality.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

We are looking for someone with

Proven previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Norwegian is a plus).

Understanding of logistics apps and tools. Willingness to learn new software.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.

Flexibility to work Variable Shift Structure : Morning / Evening / Weekend.
