Senior Unity Developer

We’re building BitPet, a viral location-based AR game designed to dominate the social mobile space. The prototype is built. The vision is clear. Now we’re adding one amazing developer to our small, elite team to take it all the way — and we’re looking for a Unity Developer who’s hungry to build something massive.

This isn’t for everyone. We want someone with a startup company mentality who’s all in — someone who lives and breathes game development, who’s ready to take real risk for real upside, and who sees this as their shot to build a hit game that scales globally and gets acquired.

Role and Responsibilities

Implement gameplay systems, UI, and animations in Unity

Optimize and polish performance for mobile devices

Build retention and monetization systems aligned with F2P best practices

Rapidly prototype, test, and ship new features based on player data and team input

Own core parts of the codebase and contribute to long-term technical architecture

Work directly with founders, artists, and designers to push the product forward fast

What We’re Looking For

Strong skills in C# and Unity

Deep understanding of F2P mobile game systems : monetization, retention, and social game features.

Self-driven with the ability to come up with creative solutions.
