The interactive travel experience is evolving, and our Product Design team is focused on delivering an outstanding guest experience across Agoda products.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will join a team that’s passionate about the core guest experience, turning concepts into compelling interactive experiences that resonate with a global audience. You’ll define solutions that improve the guest booking experience, collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Get to Know Our Team : The Design team includes product designers and researchers working from our Bangkok home office. We partner with product managers and engineers to understand user problems and design workflows, interactions, and visual interfaces. There is room for growth, with opportunities to focus on craft, expand skills, or move into leadership roles.

Day to day, it looks like :

• Running discovery phases and helping define product requirements
• Testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback
• Presenting work to peers and leadership, asynchronously and in person
• Participating in weekly design critiques, workshops, all-hands, and squad meetings
• Documenting processes and decisions
• Championing cohesion and consistency in UX design across a growing family of products
• Thinking strategically about the customer-centric intersection of design, content, and technology
