We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who wants to improve healthcare through user-centered design. In this role, you will contribute to creating impactful solutions that enhance the lives of patients and support the work of healthcare professionals. As a designer in Tietoevry Care’s Care Studio, you’ll join a forward-thinking team at the heart of healthcare innovation. Care Studio is our dedicated space for exploring, testing, and shaping new ideas into real-world solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to design impactful, inclusive products that truly improve lives. Responsibilities

• Be an influential part of our dedicated Design and Innovation-team named Care Studio within Healthcare
• Working with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, business developers, product designers, design researchers, architects, and fellow designers) to drive design vision and strategy that meets the needs of our users.
• Applying strategic thinking to visualize ideas and concepts and communicate them effectively and compellingly to internal stakeholders, partners, and customers
• You will be co-responsible for developing and maintaining a Design System across our product portfolio.
• You will be involved in research, planning, and developing new products and experiences.
• You will design strategies that are customer-centric and aligned with our business objectives and mission.
