Who are we looking for :

As Adecco we are now looking for Filleting Specialists who are specialized in production of customized seafood products of the highest quality. Our client - First Seafood - deliver fresh and frozen seafood from Norway to the global market. Driven by our love for seafood, we are dedicated to quality and sustainability. You will be working in an international environment, so communicative English or Norwegian is an advantage.

You should have :

• Relevant experience from production of fillets (minimum 12 months experience with headcutting, filleting, trimming or pin boning)
• Good understanding of health, safety and hygiene seafood
• You are effective and can produce high quality fillets
• English and / or Norwegian skills at a conversational level
