Job description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with extensive experience to manage our payroll processes and handle leave reimbursement schemes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, analytical skills, keen eye for details and a drive for continuous improvement and efficiency . You will join a professional team with high energy that fosters a positive and collaborative atmosphere. Our main systems are Unit4 Business World payroll system, combined with Oracle HCM (personnel data system) and Oracle EBS (time / absence and travel).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and execute payroll processes accurately and timely.
  • Handle different leave reimbursement schemes from NAV and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR, global mobility, and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and maintain high data quality.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations.

  • Extensive experience in payroll management.
  • Experience with sick leave reimbursement schemes. Experience with handling of all kinds of reimbursement schemes from NAV.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Norwegian national ID required.
  • Fluency in both Norwegian and English.
  • Associate degree in human resources, business administration or accounting / finance.
