As Logistics Specialist at reMarkable, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless order fulfillment, managing shipments, and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll start by taking ownership of operational tasks and accounts, and over time, grow into managing more strategic areas like inventory and return logistics.

A strong Supply Chain department giving an unique experience of being part of scaling Logistics Operations in a hardware company. We have sold millions of devices worldwide, wanting to combine the best of the digital and analog to create tools that enhance learning, focus and presence. Your responsibilities will include

• Oversee fulfillment and reverse logistics operations for specific warehouses, clients, and regions, ensuring seamless, on-time delivery, high customer satisfaction, and a sustainable supply chain.
• Optimize inventory and shipment processes through data-driven insights, prioritizing speed, accuracy, and continuous improvement while minimizing waste and enhancing service.
• Be the key collaborator with clear communication and ensure smooth processes between internal teams and external partners
• Drive continuous improvement and cost management initiatives, supporting vendor performance and value enhancement, as well as executing efficient and accurate shipment processes
