Do you speak and write Norwegian and English (both on at least C1 level)? Have you got previous experience in call centre or BPO environment and would like to continue or start working in contentmoderation, without the need to receive calls? As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible forreviewing and evaluating various types of content including videos, newsarticles, images, political advertisements, and social media profiles.Your primary task will be to assess and categorize content based oncriteria such as age-appropriateness, violence levels, sexual content,and political transparency, ensuring alignment with the clients policiesand guidelines.

To support your work, you will receive comprehensive training on theclients policy enforcement protocols. Your efforts will play a key rolein maintaining the integrity of the digital environment and fostering apositive user experience.

Key Requirements :

• Readiness to work onsite in Thessaloniki on a rotational shiftbasis ensuring 24 / 7 coverage for your market (in rotational 8-hour workshifts). Night shifts represent only around 15% of total working hours,totalling around 3 night shifts per month.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, shared services, or a customer experience environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English , with strong reading and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Greece
