Could you be the full-time Repair Leader in Oslo we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your repair management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in fully managing repair processes for both internal and external customers while ensuring compliance with Quality-Cost-Time (QCD) commitments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the Services department and Finance), monitor repair flows through SAP, and communicate with customers throughout the repair process to ensure satisfaction.
You’ll specifically take care of initiating the repair process via RMA (Return Material Authorization) and managing repair logistics schemes, but also ensure administrative control and monitor repair performance metrics.
We’ll look to you for :
Initiating the repair process and collecting field diagnostic information from customers
Ensuring administrative control of products to be repaired and maintaining history monitoring files
Monitoring repair flow in SAP and managing all data necessary for repair management
Deciding on repair logistics schemes and ensuring timely follow-up
Communicating repair costs to customers and verifying invoiced costs post-repair
Setting up and tracking KPIs for repair activities (e.g., lead times, failure impact materials)
Ensuring quality and accuracy in shipping repaired products with associated technical documents
Maintaining continuous contact with customers and facilitating periodic meetings
Providing essential information to the finance department for invoicing

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience or understanding of supply chain processes in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in English and Norwegian
Familiarity with supplier / customer relationship management

Strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
