CHC Helikopter Service is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Customer Support for Aker BP. This position is crucial within the CHC Operations Control Centre (OCC) and reports directly to the Contract Operations Manager (COM).
CHC has a long-term partnership with Aker BP for helicopter services across several bases. The role involves developing this partnership operationally and working with stakeholders within CHC and Aker BP.
The OCC is responsible for coordinating the daily operations of our onshore and offshore bases, including :
Coordinate and prioritize customer interactionsPlan, execute, supervise, and control the daily flight programCoordinate across departments as relevantBilling and crew cost controlTrack delays, penalties, and buybackResponsibilities include :
Facilitating communication between OCC and Aker BP Logistics CentreChampioning initiatives and developments in the partnershipContributing to daily flight planningParticipating in long-term resource planning based on Aker BP's volume forecastsUnderstanding Aker BP contracts and requirementsParticipating in operations review meetingsSupporting OCC desk controllers as neededSupporting continuous improvement initiativesQualifications, skills, and attributes :
