Assignment Description

In our pursuit of digitalization and data-driven decision-making, we develop and enhance our tools and work processes. To realize this ambition, we are strengthening our team with experienced Project Managers who can also serve as Business Analysts to address current challenges effectively. Our portfolio is expanding, and to fulfill Yggdrasil’s ambitions in Maintenance and Integrity, Production Optimization, and Energy Management, we are seeking a qualified candidate. The candidate should have previous experience as both a project manager and a business analyst. The ideal candidate will be capable of transitioning between these roles based on the initiative phase and requirements, while understanding the close relationship between these two positions. We seek an experienced and ambitious professional with knowledge of processes and solutions in Oil & Gas operations as a prerequisite. Knowledge and experience with clients core solutions and applications supporting our domains is an advantage. We prioritize finding the right candidate over timing, so we are prepared to wait for the right individual.

• Manage digital projects to ensure effective and high-quality execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
• Follow up on project deliveries concerning scope, progress, costs, and quality.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Define success metrics to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
• Develop solution concepts and business cases.
• Translate business needs into IT technical requirements.
• Analyse and select preferred solutions.
• Understand the system cluster of IT systems and maintain vendor relationships.
• Participate in establishing new IT contracts.
• Oversee the launch of solutions to maximize positive impact.
• Help the business organization in clarifying business IT demands and ensure they are efficiently met by the IT delivery organization.
• Align business demands with the client\'s digital strategy.
• Evaluate solutions, analyze strategies, and define requirements.
• Deliver and implement solutions into the ecosystem.
• Build domain / system roadmaps with the customer.
