The Role

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior E-commerce Catalog & Market Research Specialist to manage end-to-end e-commerce listings for IT hardware and electronic products from top brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, and others. This role requires in-depth market research skills, content optimization expertise, and hands-on experience with catalog tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis across leading e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Create, manage, and optimize product listings across internal platforms and partner channels
• Work closely with the design team to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned product images, banners, and A+ content
• Ensure accurate product titles, bullet points, specs, pricing, taxonomy, and SEO-rich descriptions
• Maintain compliance with category-specific guidelines for electronic / MSP products
• Monitor listing performance, identify issues (e.g., suppressed listings, poor visibility), and resolve them
• Coordinate with procurement and brand teams to onboard new products efficiently
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, e-commerce policies, and algorithm changes

Ideal Profile

Required Skills :

: Product Research of North America / Global Catalogue.

Experience :

5–7 years minimum in e-commerce catalog management, product research, and marketplace operations (preferably in electronics or IT hardware categories).
