We are seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate Legal Counsel to join our legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Required Qualifications

• Master of Law degree from a Norwegian or Swedish university.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably from a commercial law firm or an in-house legal function within an industrial enterprise, energy, or finance sector.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.
• Proven ability to draft legal documents in English.
• Solid commercial understanding and ability to apply legal principles in a business context.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
