We believe the workday should be varied, and we want all our chefs to take part in different tasks in the kitchen. This promotes professional growth and helps raise quality at every stage.

Responsibilities

• Preparing à la carte dishes from our menu
• Receiving deliveries and prepping ingredients
• Producing homemade sauces and dressings
• Butchering / cutting meat and other mise en place tasks
• Ensuring good routines for hygiene and food safety (HACCP / IK-mat)
