Join our team as Senior Project Finance Manager – Shaping the future of battery technology

What you’ll do :

• Lead and coordinate a wide range of workstreams related to the debt financing of large-scale industrial projects
• Manage and align inputs across technical, commercial, E&S, legal and other due diligence workstreams, as well as take a leading role on corporate tax analysis and financial modelling
• Coordinate and support processes related to insurance coverage, supplier and performance guarantees, and internal / group funding mechanisms & structures
• Support the preparation and review of financing materials, including ad-hoc project presentations / teasers, information memorandums, term sheets, and long-form credit agreements
• Ensure timely delivery of financing milestones and documentation in line with lenders expectations and requirements
• Actively contribute to Vianode’s business development and funding activities in both Norway and North America, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Serve as a key interface between internal teams (finance, legal, project development, technical, commercial) and external stakeholders (banks, advisors, insurers)
