Finance Lead

This is a key role at the intersection of finance and strategy. As Finance Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping business decisions and strengthening performance by connecting financial insights to real business impact. You’ll be the go-to financial representative in leadership teams - challenging, advising, and supporting leaders to ensure smart and forward-looking decisions.

You’ll take full ownership of financial performance within your area, and lead core processes such as monthly reporting, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning. You’ll also contribute to group-level initiatives like audits, annual reports, business reviews, and board presentations.

This is a highly independent role where you’ll drive continuous improvement -enhancing financial tools, processes, and collaboration across teams. You may also have operational responsibility for one or more Business Controllers (without formal line responsibility), which calls for strong communication and coordination with their line manager.

• Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language
