Multilingual Content Reviewer in Malta (Relocation)

Location : Malta On-site

Schedule : Rotational shifts (07 : 00 -15 : 30 / 15 : 30- 00 : 00), 5x week

Contract : Indefinite, Full-Time

Languages Required : Any Nordic Language(C1+) + English (B2)

Are you passionate about digital safety and keen to contribute to a secure online community? We're looking for Nordic-speaking Customer Support & Content Moderators to join an international team in sunny Malta !

In this hybrid role (70% customer support, 30% content moderation), you'll interact via email and chat only , helping users and ensuring that platforms remain safe and compliant.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
• Review and moderate online content (images, text, profiles)
• Apply platform guidelines and local regulations
• Escalate violations and identify workflow improvements
• Meet performance KPIs and contribute to team goals
• Participate in regular training and adapt to various projects and markets

What Were Looking For :

Basic technical skills (MS Office Excel, Word)

Fast learner with strong attention to detail

Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends

No prior experience required full training provided!

Clean criminal record or 2 employer references (mandatory upon arrival)
