Are you passionate about digital safety and keen to contribute to a secure online community? We\'re looking for Nordic-speaking Customer Support & Content Moderators to join an international team in sunny Malta !
In this hybrid role (70% customer support, 30% content moderation), you\'ll interact via email and chat only , helping users and ensuring that platforms remain safe and compliant.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Review and moderate online content (images, text, profiles)
- Apply platform guidelines and local regulations
- Escalate violations and identify workflow improvements
- Meet performance KPIs and contribute to team goals
- Participate in regular training and adapt to various projects and markets
