We're looking for a Country Manager NORWAY who can lead our next growth phase : building strong teams, securing operational and legal excellence, and developing a performance culture that aligns fully with Lager 157’s values and way of working.
This role is for a hands-on, structured, and people-focused leader who knows that real growth comes from routines, leadership on the floor, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

COUNTRY MANAGER NORWAY - RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and grow our German operations — with full ownership of performance, people, compliance, and execution.
- Drive sales results and customer experience across existing and future stores, using KPIs, routines, and clear follow-up.
- Ensure full legal compliance, proper documentation, labor law adherence, and local alignment with HQ-approved processes.
- Develop and coach the local team — from store managers to future regional leadership — by fostering structure, clarity, and ownership.
- Take operational leadership of future store openings, working with the Expansion team to secure excellence from plan to launch.
- Implement and maintain all routines, reporting, and admin structures
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and Operations and International Operations Excellence Manager to ensure Germany operates the same way as every other Lager 157 market.
- Be ready to work on the floor when needed — supporting stores, leading by example, and understanding the details that drive performance.
What We’re Looking For
Proven leader in retail operations or multi-site management within Germany.Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).Strong understanding of German labor law, compliance, and legal routines.A people developer who coaches, builds trust, and leads with clarity.Hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented — you move quickly and always with purpose.Comfortable in both strategic planning and operational execution — with reporting, budgets, and performance follow-up.Ansettelsesform
