Service technician

NTC is growing rapidly. We operate our own colocation center at our office address Billingstadsletta 17 in Asker. We design, deliver, install, operate, and service customers' data centers around Norway. In this context, there are countless tasks that we need assistance with in our daily work.

The responsibilities include :

• Construction of rack cubes for customers' computer equipment with the insertion of power rails / PDUs for power to the equipment.
• Patching of fiber.
• Installation of busbar power rails under the computer floor or above the racks.
• Assistance with the installation of UPSs with battery systems that can be VRLA or Lithium based.
• Installation of sensors for monitoring systems.
• Assistance with the delivery and start-up of backup power systems that ensure a 24 / 7 power supply.

Current candidates must have a driver's license and must have been through a security clearance by the armed forces or the police before permanent employment. We offer good conditions and a pleasant environment.
