Overall Purpose of the Job

To supervise the smooth and efficient running of all operations for the Subsea operations team. Responsible for coordinating the manpower and technical requirements (movement of equipment, materials & personnel) in line with client requirements.

Key Activities and Accountabilities

• Assess service delivery requirements for each job within assigned location and ensure that the manpower and technical resources are available to undertake operations in line with client requirements
• Supervise the day to day activities of individuals performing well site work and job planning roles
• Communicate job specific details, information and conduct pre / post job meetings to service delivery & support staff
• Utilise technical / operational expertise to provide service delivery solutions for customers; order equipment specific to customer specifications / job requirements
• Communicate effectively with customers and service delivery staff to resolve service and / or delivery issues and irregularities
• Coordinate engagement & use of third party services / equipment
• Ensure information is collated for the invoicing process
• Ensure that all incidents and non-conformances are reported in line with the appropriate procedures and deadlines; participate in incident investigations as required
• Ensure that all 3rd party rental items are tracked & returned to supplier
• Undertake the supervision of direct reports
• May be required to undertake an on call rota to facilitate 24 hour coverage
• Liaise with client, operational team, management and internal departments to ensure all aspects of the operations continued safely & smoothly ensuring operations & task completion to schedule
