Workshop is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as an Area Sales Manager for our client SquareTrade in Oslo. SquareTrade is a leading InsurTech company in Europe that provides exceptional consumer electronics insurance services.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our sales operations across the region. You will have the opportunity to dive into a wide range of tasks, ensuring that no two days are alike.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships within your sales territory by creating partnerships focused on key retail leaders and internal partners
• Take ownership and manage the planning and execution of engagement and training activities
• Drive sales of SquareTrade\'s insurance services to the stores and train store staff on how to sell an insurance product
• Work across departments to contribute to process improvements and optimizations to increase sales in your region
• Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for the regional store managers and department managers regarding, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management
• Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics, identifying trends and generating actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize outcomes
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in retail marketplaces
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other Area Sales Managers to ensure marketplace activities are aligned with overall business goals and objectives
