About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join Puzzel’s Platform Team. You’ll be part of a small, highly skilled group responsible for the backbone of our SaaS platform – from Kubernetes clusters to CI / CD pipelines and observability. This role is hands-on and key to shaping how we build, deploy, and scale our services securely and reliably.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure across multiple environments
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code for repeatable, automated deployments
• Manage and optimize NGINX-based ingress and traffic handling
• Implement and improve CI / CD pipelines to enable fast, safe delivery
• Operate and evolve storage solutions
• Manage secrets and credentials securely
• Implement and advocate security best practices across the platform
• Enhance monitoring and observability to ensure reliability and performance
• Collaborate with developers, security, and DevOps to improve automation and resilience
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical platform components
