As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator , you are responsible for managing and enhancing the spare part portfolio within the department. This includes creating new spare part kits, collaborating with R&D, and providing proactive input on service schedules and manuals. You will continuously improve communication platforms and processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the spare part portfolio, including creation of new kits and forecasting tools based on system usage
- Collaborate with R&D to identify spare parts for new modules and support a 10-year refurbishment plan
- Develop and maintain external tools for recommended spare parts and partner forecasting
- Provide proactive input to service schedules, manuals, and preventive maintenance procedures
- Lead and support improvement initiatives across Service and Support, including knowledge base contributions
- Continuously improve internal processes and communication platforms, including testing and training
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and apply analytical thinking to solve complex challenges
- Actively seek and share knowledge, making AutoStore technology and insights accessible to others
Qualifications
Relevant higher education (engineering, supply chain, business, or similar)Experience in continuous improvement or service operationsStrong analytical skills and familiarity with KPI and case tracking toolsAbility to collaborate across teams and communicate clearlyWilling to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies and environmentsComfortable working with digital platforms and documentationCalm under pressure and adaptable to changeWillingness to travel when neededBenefits
