As a Continuous Improvement Coordinator , you are responsible for managing and enhancing the spare part portfolio within the department. This includes creating new spare part kits, collaborating with R&D, and providing proactive input on service schedules and manuals. You will continuously improve communication platforms and processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the spare part portfolio, including creation of new kits and forecasting tools based on system usage
• Collaborate with R&D to identify spare parts for new modules and support a 10-year refurbishment plan
• Develop and maintain external tools for recommended spare parts and partner forecasting
• Provide proactive input to service schedules, manuals, and preventive maintenance procedures
• Lead and support improvement initiatives across Service and Support, including knowledge base contributions
• Continuously improve internal processes and communication platforms, including testing and training
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and apply analytical thinking to solve complex challenges
• Actively seek and share knowledge, making AutoStore technology and insights accessible to others
