Head of Operations

Indusland Logistics is a leading global logistics company and we are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Operations to join our team. As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our company to ensure efficient and effective service to our clients.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement operations strategies to meet the company’s goals and objectives
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouses, transport fleet, and distribution centers
• Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels at all times
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies governing logistics operations
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Lead and develop a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to achieve company objectives
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and ensure targets are met
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance the customer experience and increase customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication across all aspects of the business
