Chief Technology Officer

Overview

Mikon AS is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the continued development of our software platform and manage our experienced development team of 4–5 people. This is a key leadership role with both strategic and technical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and drive the next-generation evolution of our platform.
• Lead and manage the development team (4–5 people) to deliver high-quality software on .NET / C#, SQL Server and cloud-based deployment.
• Collaborate on architecture and technical direction to ensure scalable, reliable solutions.
• Coordinate development activities efficiently and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
