Role Overview

We are looking for a Level 2 Data Centre Field Engineer to provide on-site technical support at a customer data centre, including backfill coverage.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant IT/Data Centre experience.
• Level 2 technical support skills.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
• Permanent residency and valid work authorization documentation.
• Successful completion of required background checks.
• Willingness to complete mandatory training before starting on site.

Important

Selected candidates must successfully complete the required training before being deployed to the customer site.
