Som AI Lead får du en sentral rolle i å bygge og videreutvikle virksomhetens AI-satsing både internt og eksternt.
Internt vil du drive hvordan AI og AI-agenter brukes i leveranser og arbeidsprosesser. Eksternt vil du bidra til å bygge en tydelig faglig posisjon i markedet gjennom kundedialog LinkedIn foredrag video og andre faglige arenaer.
Vi ser etter en profil som kombinerer hands-on AI-kompetanse med forretningsforståelse kundearbeid og faglig formidling gjerne en profil i retning av en Microsoft MVP.
Bygge og drive virksomhetens satsing på AI og AI-agenter
Utvikle hvordan AI og agenter brukes i kundeprosjekter og leveranser
Jobbe praktisk med Microsoft Copilot Studio Azure AI og agentbaserte løsninger
Lede tidligfase hos kunder fra behov og mulighetsanalyse til konsept og løsning
Identifisere konkrete AI-use cases med tydelig forretningsverdi
Ta ansvar for effektmål og realisering av målbare resultater
Rådgi og utfordre kunder rundt hvordan AI kan implementeres i forretningsapplikasjoner
Bygge kompetanse og beste praksis internt
Representere fagmiljøet eksternt gjennom LinkedIn foredrag webinarer og video
Følge utviklingen innen Microsoft AI og omsette ny teknologi til praktiske kundeløsninger
Dokumentert hands-on erfaring med AI-agenter og agentbaserte løsninger
Praktisk erfaring med Microsoft Copilot Studio og/eller Azure AI
Erfaring med AI knyttet til forretningsapplikasjoner og forretningsprosesser
Erfaring med å lede tidligfase workshops og kundedialog
Erfaring med å gå fra idé og use case til implementert løsning
Dokumentert ansvar for effektmål gevinstrealisering eller målbare forretningsresultater ikke kun rådgivning
Sterk forretningsforståelse kombinert med teknologisk kompetanse
Evne og interesse for å være en synlig faglig profil og dele kunnskap gjennom foredrag LinkedIn video eller lignende
Norsk som arbeidsspråk
Du er ikke bare en AI-rådgiver. Du liker å bygge teste og implementere løsninger samtidig som du evner å diskutere strategi og forretningsverdi med beslutningstakere.
Du trives med å ta eierskap bygge et fagområde og være en tydelig stemme rundt hvordan AI faktisk kan skape verdi i virksomheter.
