In the Merchant domain our mission is to build seamless world-class mobile experiences that empower businesses to connect effortlessly with their customers. Were now looking for an empathetic structured and strategic Engineering Manager to nurture lead and champion our growing team of 1214 iOS and Android engineers.

The opportunity
In this role you wont be writing code daily. Instead your code is our organization.
You will focus on our people culture and ways of working. Teaming up with Product Managers and Tech Leads youll ensure our mobile engineers are aligned motivated and empowered with everything they need to build payment solutions that just work.
