Want to fill Vipps with benefits people actually want VIP is the new area in Vipps where users can unlock unique benefits experiences and prizes simply by using Vipps.
The ambition is simple: give people more good reasons to choose Vipps.
We are looking for a marketing-minded doer who wants to help build the most exciting loyalty universe in the Nordics. Right now the main focus is VIP but the role will also be central to future loyalty initiatives.
This is not a role for someone who wants to make plans for others to execute. We are looking for someone who likes opening doors creating ideas and making them happen.
This could be a great next step for someone early in their career who has already shown strong commercial and marketing instincts.
What will you do
A big part of the job is finding the right partners and creating benefits people genuinely want.
You will build relationships with attractive Nordic partners understand what they want to achieve develop concepts and turn them into partnerships that create value for the user the partner and Vipps.
But a good deal is not enough.
You also need to understand how a partnership creates growth. How do we make people care How can product CRM paid media influencers PR and partner channels work together to give an idea real impact
Our best partnerships should have enough communication power to make people discover them talk about them and use them.
You will take partnerships from first idea to launch follow the results and use what you learn to make the next one better.
You will also help roll out VIP and future loyalty initiatives across the Nordics working closely with teams across marketing product analytics and commercial.
The goal is not more partner logos. The goal is partnerships that make VIP and Vipps grow.
