Love Teaching Bring Your Skills to the Security Industry
Securitas is seeking a Field Training Officer (FTO) to support one of the worlds leading data center organizations.
As a Field Training Officer you will serve as the primary training resource for security personnel across multiple sites. You will be responsible for onboarding training coaching assessing and developing security officers while ensuring compliance with operational and client-specific requirements.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong communication skills a passion for developing others and the ability to build engagement while maintaining strict adherence to procedures and standards.
You will work closely with site leadership regional stakeholders and training teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality training experience across the organization.
The position is currently based in the Oslo region. However candidates must be willing to relocate as the role is expected to transition to Western Norway within the next few years.
Working hours are primarily Monday to Friday 08:0016:00 although some flexibility may be required.

Additional Information :
