Step into an important role at Swisslog as a Field Service this position your technical skills and customer focus will help ensure the performance and reliability of advanced automated material handling systems at customer site. This position is at a fixed customer site located in Våler. You will together with one colleague be fully responsible for the customer with the support from your leader and extended team.
This is not just a hands-on technical job. It is a chance to become a trusted partner to our customers and a key part of our Customer Service team. You will work independently take ownership of your tasks and contribute to a company that values initiative collaboration and continuous improvement.
You will make sure customer system operation is always kept to the maximum ensuring adherence to all the relevant instructions and technical standards.
You will act as Swisslogs public face maintaining strong customer relationships and planning service activities in close collaboration with the customer to ensure high satisfaction and system uptime.
You will identify opportunities for system improvements and upgrades and communicate these to relevant stakeholders within Swisslog.
You will also be part of the preparedness group and support with acute incidents that cannot be amended remotely by our other support teams within Controls and Software.
