Overall Purpose of the Job

Join Expro Supporting Safe and Efficient Operations

Expro is a leading provider of energy services with a strong commitment to safety quality and operational excellence. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our Well Testing Product Line in Norway.

This role plays a key part in supporting operational activities while ensuring high standards of Quality Health Safety and Environment (QHSE) compliance across our projects and operations.

Key Activities and Accountabilities

• Provide administrative support to the Well Testing operations team.
• Maintain and monitor QHSE documentation procedures and records in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support compliance with ISO standards company policies and client-specific requirements.
• Coordinate and track mandatory offshore training medical certificates and competency requirements.
• Assist in the administration of incident reports investigations corrective actions and lessons learned.
• Maintain audit records and support internal and external audits.
• Monitor and follow up on QHSE action items observations safety alerts and improvement initiatives.
• Support risk assessment processes management of change (MOC) and operational readiness reviews.
• Prepare QHSE statistics reports and performance metrics for management and customers.
• Promote a strong safety culture through effective communication and continuous improvement activities.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications

• Diploma degree or relevant experience in Administration Business or QHSE.
• Experience within the oil and gas industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of QHSE systems compliance requirements and operational processes.
• Experience with document control reporting and data management.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English. language skills are advantageous.
