Key Account Manager Home Builders Vil du være med på å forme fremtidens smarte og bærekraftige hjem i Norge? Schneider Electric søker en strategisk Key Account Manager som skal drive vekst og bygge sterke partnerskap med landets største boligbyggere. Dette er en nøkkelrolle der du jobber tett med norske aktører innen boligbygging og sikrer at Schneider Electric og ELKO sine produkter og løsninger blir førstevalget i nye prosjekter. Som Key Account Manager for boligbyggere får du ansvar for å utvikle, styrke og sikre forretningsmuligheter innen det norske boligmarkedet. Du forstår hvordan boligbyggere arbeider internt – fra prosjekt- og innkjøpsprosesser til beslutningsstrukturer og bruker denne innsikten til å drive Schneider Electrics elektriske løsninger for boliger. Du er en relasjonsbygger med et eksisterende nettverk i bransjen, og du trives i komplekse salgsprosesser der du forhandler og etablerer langsiktige rammeavtaler. Du er god på intern «stakeholder management», og er i stand til å «oversette» globale initiativ og programmer til det Norske markedet. Ansvarsområder Strategisk vekst og salgsleveranser Drive salgsprosessen fra tidlig identifisering til forhandling og signering av kontrakter. Bygge og forvalte en salgs-pipeline. Markedsarbeid og partnerskap Etablere rammeavtaler med store boligbyggerforetak i Norge. Videreutvikle og utnytte ditt eksisterende nettverk i boligbyggermarkedet. Kunde- og beslutningsforståelse Kartlegge kunders beslutningsprosesser innen innkjøp, prosjekt, teknikk og ledelse. Plassere Schneider Electrics løsninger som preferert standard i prosjektene deres. Jobbe tett med interne funksjoner som marked, teknisk støtte og operasjonelle team. Din bakgrunn Vi søker en kandidat som kjenner hvordan boligbyggere i Norge jobber — og som allerede har relasjoner i markedet. Du kan ha bakgrunn fra: Boligbygging / eiendoms- og boligutvikling Prosjektledelse Innkjøp Entreprenør- eller entrepriseforståelse Leverandørleddet til boligbyggere (teknologi, materialer, utstyr, elektro m.m.)
