We are looking for a Continuous Service Manager who wants to be part of Tietoevry Industry. Tietoevry Industry is an innovative frontrunner specializing in segment-specific software and data platform services. Our software is designed in close collaboration with our customers and based on our extensive industry knowledge and in-depth expertise.

When joining Tietoevry Industry, Data Platforms unit as a Continuous Service Manager

We are looking for a Continuous Service Manager (CSM) to strengthen our Data Platforms Customer & Service Management team in Finland. You focus is managing our customers mainly in Norwegian market and assure good customer satisfaction.

CSM is responsible for continuous service delivery for our Data Platforms current customers, driving add-on sales as well managing contract renewals. You assure that the services delivered to the customer fulfil the service descriptions as well as the agreed SLA commitments. CSM has also responsibility to steer and coordinate service deliveries to the customer, supported by the delivery team. You will work in close co-operation with our customers, taking care of the service level follow-up, reporting and invoicing.

Data Platforms supports its customers in business process automation by exchanging and sharing business information with their business partners. We have five service areas : Industry Messaging, Billing & Invoice, Data Services, Debt Register and eye-share.

To rock this position

We expect you to have experience in ITIL, delivery as a service and to be familiar with service delivery processes and financial & invoicing processes and tools.

You have experience and passion in working at a customer facing role and keen on learning more

We have good communication and decision-making skills and proactivity in taking responsibility

You have fluent language and communication skills in English, Norwegian language is an needed in this role

You are the ideal candidate for this position if you are structured, customer focused and have good problem solving skills. You describe yourself as highly focused on quality, determined about achieving results on time and according to made promises as well as passionate about customer's success and personal growth.
