Job descriptionAct as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and business processes comprehensively. Implement Odoo applications (e.g., eCommerce, Manufacturing, Inventory, Projects, Websites) tailored to meet client requirements. Provide personalized training and support, empowering clients to maximize the utilization of Odoo applications. Work closely with developers to identify the need for custom solutions, ensuring that the final product aligns with client expectations and project goals. Facilitate effective communication between clients and the technical team to ensure clear understanding of custom requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and providing strategic solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Odoo or similar ERP implementations. Strong understanding of business processes and how to optimize them through Odoo applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail. Technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies is a plus.
