Som Student Tech Recruiter vil du lære best practices innen rekrutteringsfaget med fokus på IT og teknologi. Du vil få opplæring, veiledning og oppfølging fra våre dyktige rådgivere. Store deler av arbeidsdagen går til å jobbe med spennende rekrutteringsprosjekter og proaktivt søk etter tekniske talenter på campus. Dette kan gi deg som student innsikt som kan skape en bevisstgjøring rundt fremtidig karriere, samt et nettverk du kan benytte i lang tid fremover. Du vil ha full fleksibilitet, få muligheten til å styre hvor mye, og hvor du jobber fra. Stillingen er deltidsbasert og passer for deg som trenger fleksibilitet som student, spesielt i perioder med stor studiebelastning og eksamen. Hovedoppgavene vil være rekrutteringsrelaterte oppgaver der fokuset er rettet mot teknologistudenter. Du vil være del av et team som jobber tett sammen, og du vil få god opplæring av rådgivere med dybdekompetanse i IT- og teknologi-rekruttering. Arbeidsoppgaver: Supportere våre rådgivere i å gjennomføre teknologi/IT-rekrutteringsprosesser Bruke nettverk og andre rekrutteringsverktøy til å identifisere potensielle kandidater for Capus sine stillinger Bistå på spennende tekniske prosjekter for diverse kunder Vi ser for oss at dette beskriver deg: Du er sisteårsstudent innen teknologi/IT-relatert fag på Bachelor eller Masternivå Kjennskap til Office Interesse og evner innen teknologi og/eller IT Du er selvgående, strukturert og pragmatisk Personlige egenskaper: Utadvendt og fleksibel Du er nysgjerrig og lærevillig og ikke redd for å prøve deg fram Arbeidsformen din er strukturert, du tar initiativ og viser interesse for å lære og å utvikle deg Vi tilbyr: Konkurransedyktige betingelser Et spennende arbeidsmiljø hos et av Norges største og fremste rekrutteringsmiljø En arena for faglig og personlig utvikling der vi spiller hverandre gode Muligheten til å etablere nettverk innenfor bransjen Hvis dette høres spennende ut så oppfordrer vi deg til å ringe Linda Nordråk eller Lars Følstad eller søke direkte på stillingen med en kortfattet søknad og CV.
