Key Responsibilities :
Deliver high-quality, customer-centric service across multiple channels.Analyze and interpret customer feedback to improve customer experience.Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Arendal Sound’s products and services.Collaborate with other teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive customer experience.WHAT YOU WILL DO :
Serve as a critical link between our global customer base and our Arendal headquarters.Participate in future product launches, live events, and customer gatherings directly at our HQ.Collaborate across teams—including product, logistics, and marketing—to improve the full customer experience.Bring feedback from our customers into our continuous innovation process.Grow with us by engaging in our personal development programs, with a clear path to career progression in a high-performing, respectful team.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Customer support experience in home audio.Knowledge of home audio within our product portfolio.Passion for premium audio and equipment — a deep appreciation for speakers and gear, not just music. You must love the craft, the engineering, and the experience of extraordinary sound.You have a strong sense of empathy, resilience, and problem-solving skills.Additional Information :
