What will retirement provision look like when everyone reaches the age of 100? We deal with the questions of tomorrow - for needs-based insurance for our more than 12 million customers - at our headquarters in Coburg in Upper Franconia and at our 38 branch offices in the office and in the field.

Tasks

  • Collaboration in the conception, control and further development of group-wide identity and access management (IAM)
  • Development of guidelines & processes for IAM, in particular for role management, requirements processes and recertification
  • Creation of test concepts and subsequent coordination and implementation of test cycles
  • Working at the interface between specialist departments and IT, also in relation to consulting and requirements management
  • Active participation in projects, possibly also as (partial) project manager

Profile

  • Degree in computer science, economics or a computer science-related course with several years of professional experience
  • Alternatively : Training in the IT sector with equivalent skills and knowledge based on several years of professional experience
  • Organizational and technical knowledge of IAM in relation to role management, requirements processes and recertification
  • Experience in the interface function between business and technology
  • Strong analytical and communication skills as well as a structured way of thinking
  • Independent and forward-looking way of working as well as persuasiveness and assertiveness
