A Day in the Life
You will be responsible for :
- All sales activities in the assigned region in Norway.
- Planning and performing sales meetings / presentations, in-service and trainings for healthcare personnel to promote the Medtronic Aortic and Peripheral Vascular product and service portfolios.
- Building strong relationships with key opinion leaders and key non-clinical stakeholders.
- Co-defining plans and promotion activities including workshops, symposia and training events in collaboration with regional marketing.
- Managing sales and negotiations with hospital departments as well as tender negotiations with procurement organizations.
- Managing of in-hospital consignment stocks.
- Actively participating in the Nordic team where joint development and stretched assignments are great focus areas for individual and team development.
Must Haves
Passionate about healthcare, with prior sales experience – preferably from healthcare / device salesStrong commercial mindset allowing you to transform customer needs to commercial opportunitiesAbility to navigate complex organizations and leverage multiple organizational capabilitiesStrong communicator with an enthusiastic and positive attitudeWillingness to travel and work remotelyFluent in Norwegian as well as English – verbal and writtenDriver’s licenseNice to Haves
Knowledge and prior experience from the healthcare industry, preferably the cardiovascular spaceKnowledge and prior experience from selling AI-based and predictive analytics servicesUnderstanding of the national healthcare systemTender process experienceWe Offer
