Key Responsibilities
In this new and central role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our service contracts across the Nordic region. You will manage everything from pricing and creation in SAP and Oneview to renewal and profitability analysis. Your work is crucial for supporting our sales team, driving process automation, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective contract management.
Profile
You are a highly organized and commercially‑minded professional with a strong understanding of contract management and financial principles. You excel at managing complex processes, are system‑savvy (especially with SAP and CRM), and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both sales teams and customers.
