EV Charging Partnership Manager

EV Charging

Location - Norway

Salary - Great Base Saalary + VAriable + Benefits + Car / Allowance + Health

About the role

This is the job for you if you like making things happen — and thrive when you have many projects going on, people to collaborate with, and initiatives that turn into something real.

As Partnerships Manager, you’ll be the link between Company and their many partners : energy stations, property owners, municipalities, and shopping centers — in short, all the places where people stop to charge their vehicles. You’ll identify new opportunities, negotiate agreements, and follow up on projects. It’s a role with great responsibility, plenty of freedom, and a workday that’s rarely the same.

You’ll work analytically — assessing profitability and potential in new locations and identifying opportunities for increased performance and kWh sales based on existing data. You’ll need to understand the numbers, see the connections, and contribute insights that strengthen both their business foundation and our partnerships.

Your key responsibilities

  • Build and develop partnerships across the country.
  • Negotiate and follow up on contracts.
  • Actively contribute to tenders and proposal processes.
  • Identify and assess new locations.
  • Monitor performance and profitability, and take action where improvements are needed.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and sales departments.

We’re looking for someone who :

  • Has relevant education, for example in engineering, finance, strategy, or another academic discipline.
  • Are analytical and data-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable assessing business cases and investments.
  • Has a solid understanding of economics and profitability.
  • Can handle, structure, and analyze data to identify opportunities for better performance, profitability, and ROI at locations.
  • Has experience with partner or key account management, contracts, and negotiations.
  • Preferably has experience with tenders or B2B projects.
  • Knows Norway — and understands how to get things done, both in cities and rural areas.
  • Has strong execution skills and enjoys taking responsibility. Communicates clearly in both Norwegian and English, verbally and in writing.
  • Has a driver’s license — and ideally drives an EV.
  • This isn’t a role for someone who likes sitting still. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle unpredictability, and gets energy from solving challenges on the spot.
  • We believe you combine relationship-building skills with business acumen. You enjoy building trust but also have an analytical mindset that recognizes what truly delivers results. You’ll join a dynamic, humorous, and fast-paced environment — and you’ll have colleagues who both challenge and support you.

    What you’ll get

  • A job where you actually contribute to the green transition.
  • Subsidized EV charging.
  • Flexible working conditions and the option for hybrid work.
  • Competitive salary, pension, and insurance packages.
  • An informal, inclusive work environment with skilled colleagues who support one another.
  • A company with big ambitions and short decision-making processes.
  • Workplace : Hyrid working from their office in Moss / Oslo. Some travel should be expected, mainly within the Nordic region.
