Your Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Hunter to spearhead our business development efforts in the Nordics enterprise market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Nordics market
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and closing
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives (CIO, CFO, COO, CDO)
- Act as a strategic advisor, aligning SPOC’s ServiceNow capabilities with clients’ business goals
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to design compelling proposals
- Provide management with market insights, revenue forecasts, and risk assessments
Skills We Are Looking For
15+ years of proven success in acquiring (hunting) enterprise clients in the Nordics market (mandatory)A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets within IT consulting or high-tech sectorsAn existing client network in the Nordics enterprise space (a strong advantage)Expertise in value-based selling and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesFluent Swedish & English communication skills (native or fluent proficiency)Strong technical acumen, with an ability to understand digital transformation and ServiceNow solutionsA true hunter mentality — proactive, persistent, and self-drivenWillingness to travel for client engagements across the Nordics (and occasionally within Europe)What We Offer
