Project Coordinator - Perth

Overview

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to join the Blue Water Shipping team in our Perth office. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your focus will be across the business's growing customer base, managing and coordinating all aspects of Supply Chain to ensure long term success and growth. This position has the potential for professional growth and development as our business continues to succeed.

Principal objectives

• Handling logistics for projects and regular shipments by road, air, sea, or others.
• Implementing efficient work processes on allocated projects.
• Import / Export
• Quoting, organising, billing, documentation, operating and executing shipments from door to door (unless otherwise stated).
• Analysing schedule, quality and performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assessing the performance of suppliers / subcontractors.
• Following ISO and OHSAS directions from the Company.
• Acting safely always to ensure your own welfare and that of your fellow colleagues on the basis of the defined health & safety targets.
• Focusing on continuously reducing Blue Water’s environmental impact on the basis of the defined environmental targets.
