For vår Testing og Subsea Services (TSS) - MPD avdeling søker vi nye MPD Service Supervisors / Senior Operators for vår offshore operasjon.

TSS MPD avdelingen leverer tjenester innen trykkbalansert boring (MPD - Managed Pressure Drilling), underbalansert boring (UBD) og kontinuerlig sirkulasjon (e-cd). MPD løser boreproblemer som ustabile formasjoner, begrensede borevinduer, lav ROP og minimaliserer skade på reservoar formasjon under boring, samtidig som teknologien introduserer betydelig forbedret brønnkontroll opp mot konvensjonelle løsninger.

Arbeidsoppgaver :

Ledelse av MPD / brønnoperasjoner i felt. Ansvar for installasjon, operasjon og nedrigging av MPD, UBD eller e-cd system offshore inkludert ledelse av offshore team.

Oppfølging av operasjon av datainnsamling- / kontrollsystemer og hydrauliske modeller i forbindelse med MPD-, UBD- og eCD-operasjoner

Oppfølging og rapportering av brønndata og relevant operasjonell informasjon til kunder. Onshore vedlikehold og klargjøring av utstyr må også påregnes i perioder

Kvalifikasjoner :

Relevant erfaring i tilsvarende rolle.

Fordel med Høyskole eller Teknisk Fagskole innen Petroleum / Boring eller automasjon

Gode datakunnskaper

Gyldig offshore sikkerhetsopplæring og helsesertifikat, samt fordel med gyldig brønnkontroll sertifikat IWCF nivå 4

Behersker norsk og engelsk, skriftlig og muntlig

Mangel på formell kompetanse kan kompenseres med relevant erfaring

Our Testing and Subsea Services (TSS) - MPD department are looking to hire two additional Service Supervisors for our offshore operations.

The TSS MPD department are delivering services primarily within Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD), UnderBalanced Drilling and continuous circulation (e-cd).

MPD solve drilling problems such as unstable formations, limited drilling windows, low ROP, reduce reservoir near wellbore damage while also introducing significantly improved well control compared to conventional drilling.

Job description :

Supervision of MPD / well operations in the field. Responsibility for installation, operation and demobilization of MPD, UBD or e-cd system offshore including supervision of offshore teams.

Follow-up operation of data collection / control systems and hydraulic models in connection with MPD, UBD and eCD operations

Follow-up and reporting of well data and relevant operational information to customers. Onshore maintenance and preparation of equipment must also be expected in periods

Qualifications :

Relevant experience in a similar role.

Advantage with Høyskole or Teknisk Fagskole within Petroleum / Drilling or automation

Good computer skills

Valid offshore safety training and health certificate, as well as benefit of valid well control certificate IWCF level 4

Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and oral

Lack of formal competence can be compensated with relevant experience.

Ability to effectively lead a team, able to work independently and manage your own workday as well as working efficiently fully integrated in a team.

Diligent, responsible with high execution capability

You need to have good structure and be able to handle a complex and hectic workday
