Responsibilities
- Duration : - ; Location : Stavanger.
- During Pre-Ops and start up phase : quality assurance of activities related to developing maintenance programs for dedicated equipment and the implementation in SAP.
- Improve tools and frameworks related to maintenance, including MTC updates.
- Support maintenance and project teams with equipment-specific knowledge and expertise.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the workflow "Manage Condition Alert" / condition monitoring.
- Take necessary actions to achieve new ways of working for Yggdrasil field, including involvement in Performance-based cooperation.
- Secure necessary spare parts according to Yggdrasil Operation strategy. Prepare for taking handover of equipment from the project organisation, secure involvement and quality in hand over to operations. Establish ownership and detailed knowledge of relevant equipment and plants, including yard visits and travel expectations.
- Participate in authority verifications.
- Prepare budget, according to budget management model, for relevant equipment. Follow up relevant equipment vendors.
- In Operation : technical responsible for the integrity of automation and instrument equipment through the equipment’s life cycle, including LCI.
- Support 1st line maintenance and projects teams with equipment-specific knowledge and expertise.
- Support 1st line maintenance planners with complex work order planning, e.g., larger equipment overhauls, turnarounds, and minor modifications.
- Continue role as SME in the workflow "Manage Condition Alert" / condition monitoring.
- Develop budget pack and follow up cost budgeting for dedicated equipment according to the budget management model.
- Optimize maintenance programs and equipment strategy to achieve safe and efficient operations.
- Co-operate with Condition Based Maintenance engineers to predict and prevent unplanned failures on relevant equipment.
- Follow up vendors regarding repairs. Optimize spare parts and stock availability. Participate in authority verifications.
- Occasional plant visits, both onshore and offshore.
Qualifications
Min B.Sc in Instrument / Automation discipline. Relevant experience can compensate for education.Minimum 5 years’ experience within automation / instrument engineering.Knowledge of requirements and working methodology offshore and in asset operations onshore.Experience from the Yggdrasil project is preferred.Good knowledge of SAP PM modules is an advantage.Knowledge of relevant equipment standards and regulations.Fluent / good abilities in English and Norwegian, both verbal and written.Benefits / What Omega 365 offers
