Our client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their global legal team and provide legal and compliance support. This role involves advising on commercial and regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks, and partnering with internal stakeholders to manage risk and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including industry-standard construction agreements and distribution / channel terms.
• Provide legal guidance on antitrust and competition regulations related to distribution and channel partnerships.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and legal policies.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks through policies and procedures.
• Manage claims and litigation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Deliver training and support legal compliance programs.
• Provide additional legal support as required by legal management.
