Description
We are seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to join our Risk & Broking team in Norway. We welcome applicants at various seniority levels, and the scope of responsibilities will be tailored to the successful candidate’s experience. The best candidate will define how senior this role will be. If the hire is more senior, additional team management responsibilities will apply.
The Senior Claims Specialist will be a key member of client teams in Large & Complex and contribute to claims work for P&C Mid-Market clients. They will collaborate closely with Client Executives / LRM and client teams to manage claims, support sales, and drive growth in WTW Norway’s revenues and portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in RFPs and prospect work
- Deliver timely, high-quality client outcomes
- Promote claims services and FACC offerings during client meetings
- Contribute to internal claims forums and process improvements
- Build collaboration across teams and offices
- Help develop value propositions aligned with WTW’s ambition
- Manage and prioritize workload using project management principles
