As we grow and navigate increasingly complex regulatory environments, we're looking for an experienced Head of Legal to guide our legal and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

Leading all legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards across multiple jurisdictions

Advising executive leadership on regulatory developments, and strategic implications

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements, including client contracts, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts

Managing external legal counsel and representing Bislab in legal proceedings or negotiations as necessary

Collaborating closely with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and legal compliance

Requirements

Qualified lawyer with significant experience in corporate law, compliance, and ideally fintech or financial services

Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in the Nordics and EU

Proven ability to provide strategic legal counsel in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
